Lesson Sequence Week of April 1, 1996
Week Objective: This week the students work on stamina, endurance and
combinations. The advanced students work on three attacks using only
one breath. The emphasis is on continuation of attack, speed, and
timing.
All indicators and levels of proficiency are as they are with the
individual kicks. The student must understand that proper techniques
are a must so that movement can effectively continue.
Warm ups – traditional, run, jumping jacks, extra stretches, stretch
on walls, etc.
