Lesson Sequence Week of April 22, 1996
Week Objective: This week the emphasis is on continuation of attack
and sparring. The students are to work on attacking the mid section –
especially juniors.
Make speeches to the junior about how good it is to train for
competition even when you are not going.
With advanced – Add counter kicks — move away peechuge.
Warm ups – traditional, run, jumping jacks, extra stretches, stretch
on walls, etc.
