Master Tae Kwon Do Instructor

Lesson Sequence Week of April 8, 1996
Please note – if a junior class is unruly, do something aerobic to get
them calm – do not get frustrated. Try not to use punishments.
Week Objective: Continue with stamina and endurance for 10-15 minutes
a class. The other focus is blocking – contact blocks and avoidance
blocks. The student must understand that good blocking is good
defense – always well guarded. have them watch carefully so they do
not put themselves in their opponents target range.
Warm ups: traditional, run, jumping jacks, extra stretches, stretch on
walls, etc.

* 3 peechugee down floor
* small group 3 peechuge with pad

* front kick peechuge in place

* 2 peechuge -punch down floor
* whole class slides back as instructor signals or moves forward. Then
step back. Then from bounce.

* 3 peechuge down floor and punch
* whole class slides back as instructor signals or moves forward. Then
