Lesson Sequence Week of Feb. 5, 1996
Week Objective: The Students will execute the front kick at the
indicated levels of proficiency, understand the relationship between
front kick to peechuge.
Front kick: White 70%, yellow 80%, green 90%, red 100%, black 100%
Indicators: stance, front knee, straight kick (knees together), body
turn, one piece movement, and adequate speed.
Warm ups – traditional, run, jumping jacks, extra stretches, stretch
on walls,
