Master Tae Kwon Do Instructor

Lesson Sequence Week of July 8, 1996
This week we continue with the new procedure: We have made three (3)
copies of the lesson sequence. One says 4:00PM, 5:00PM, and 6:00PM.
They are all the same. When you teach a class, check off what you
accomplish. There is space on the bottom to add anything else you had
to do.
Week Objective: Back hook kick. Emphasize: focus on a straight turn,
target line is shoulder line, turn center of gravity – no bending or
swinging. Relate back hook kick to back kick and side kick.
